Peppermint Africa Recipe For Spicy Curry Mango Sauce


Ingredients

1 cup finely diced ripe mango
1 tablespoon red pepper flake (optional)
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon ground curry
1 teaspoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon lime juice
1 cup plain yogurt

Directions

For the spicy mango sauce combine the mango, brown sugar, red pepper flake, curry, parsley, yogurt, salt and lime juice in a bowl. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving. Serve the spicy mango sauce with grilled or fried or shrimp.
