Ingredients:

1/3 cup malt vinegar

1 cup dried chopped apricots

1 cup seedless golden raisins

¼ cup finely chopped walnuts

2 teaspoons ground ginger

1 teaspoon allspice

1 tablespoon minced garlic

2 tablespoons dried onions

Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

Soak apricots and raisins in 3 cups of water inside a large bowl for 2 hours. Add all ingredients including soaking water in a large pot and simmer 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Slowly pour into jars. Allow to cool on the counter.
